Role Description The Editor / Insight Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Central & Western District. This role involves reviewing, editing, and structuring text and data outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across multilingual content. The Editor / Insight Analyst will interpret analytical results, distill complex data into concise insights, and prepare reports, briefs, and client-facing documentation. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with data scientists and engineers, validating data narratives, refining language for different audiences, and ensuring that content aligns with project objectives and brand standards. The role may also include contributing to the design of analytic frameworks, supporting quality assurance of AI-generated content, and offering recommendations to improve communication and data storytelling.
Qualifications
- Strong editorial skills in English & Chinese, with experience in editing, proofreading, and structuring complex information for clarity and impact.
- Ability to interpret and analyze data, summarize key findings, and translate technical outputs into accessible insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or business intelligence environments, including working with reports, dashboards, or analytical tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences and purposes.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Data Analytics, Journalism, Social Science, marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with multilingual content (Cantonese and/or other languages) is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Central & Western District and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
