As an Education Consultant, you will promote and sell postgraduate, diploma, and short courses, engage prospective students through multiple channels, provide detailed consultations, and drive enrollments to support the college’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell postgraduate, diploma, and short courses to prospective students to achieve enrollment targets
- Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins to provide accurate information
- Deliver detailed course consultations explaining program features, fees, and entry requirements to support informed decisions
- Follow up on leads systematically to convert prospects into successful enrollments
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support events, campaigns, and roadshows that enhance student engagement
- Maintain accurate student records and deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure student satisfaction and retention
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute actively to the company’s growth objectives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within education, training, or related industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with prospective students
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset with high motivation to achieve sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms to manage leads and outreach effectively
