Shape the future of early childhood education across Orange and Riverside Counties. Training and Research Foundation (TRF) is looking for an experienced, hands-on education leader to guide and manage our Education Specialist, Site Supervisors, and Site Directors, and elevate classroom quality across every program site.

What You'll Do
- Lead people. Directly manage the Education Specialist, Site Supervisors, and Site Directors — serving as the primary point of accountability and support across all program sites.
- Raise the bar on quality. Conduct classroom observations and assessments (CLASS, ERS, ITERS) and translate the findings into real coaching, not just paperwork.
- Grow our people. Coach and develop your team through ongoing mentoring, staff development, and performance management.
- Guard compliance. Keep programs aligned with Title 22, Title V, CDE, CDSS, and state licensing requirements, and help shape the policies that keep us there.
- Build capability. Deliver training and guidance to staff, parents, and the community on child development topics that matter.
