Role DetailsCasual Education Support Officer (ESO) positions are available from time to time.
ESOs, Classroom Support, provide assistance for students within the Inclusive Education Program and support the learning of young people from Reception to Year 6.The OpportunityUnder the supervision of the Deputy Principal and Inclusive Education Coordinator, the Education Support Officers will support and assist teachers in the educational program for students with identified needs. Selection Criteria
Actively supports the Catholic ethos of the school and be willing to participate in all aspects of school life.
Has experience and/or is committed to working with students who have needs.
Has an ability (and willingness to learn) to implement positive and supportive behaviour strategies.
Has a friendly, positive, collaborative, and supportive approach to working with others.
Has sound organisational skills and abilities and is proactive in their time management.
The successful applicant will have (or working towards) a Certificate 3 in Education Support or equivalent qualification.
