Educational Aide (Prekindergarten)

About the Position: These positions are located in the Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Hours may vary. All candidates must reside within the local commuting area where the position is located. Local commuting area is defined as the geographic area surrounding a work site that encompasses the localities where people live and reasonably can be expected to travel back and forth daily to work based on the generally held expectations of the local community. (5 CFR 575.203)

Perform administrative tasks such as attendance records, filing, scheduling, and reviewing assignments.

Participate in all home visits and school related meetings.

Support educational efforts in the Pre-Kindergarten classroom and general education classroom as needed.

Work with students in accordance with plans developed by the specialist and educator.

Monitor students during various phases of school day.

Provide assistance in toileting, feeding, eating and personal hygiene.
