POSITION SUMMARY
The Field EEG Technologist/Technician position is an In-Home Ambulatory position requiring daily travel to the homes of the patients we serve. This general posting covers multiple career tiers, ranging from entry-level technicians to board-registered (R. EEG T.) senior technologists. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Set up in-home ambulatory EEG procedures, ensuring accurate electrode application adhering to the International 10–20 System.
  • Assess patient needs, manage setups/disconnects, change batteries, and handle data uploads into the secure system database.
  • Recognize clinically significant events and follow critical test result policies for immediate data escalation.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and eliminate technical recording artifacts and equipment issues independently in the field.
  • Communicate appropriately and effectively with patients and staff to convey the purpose of the EEG and answer questions.
