Egg Packer/Stacker - 1st shift

Cooper Farms is hiring a 1st shift egg packer/stacker team member at our Spring Meadow Farms egg facility in Rossburg, Ohio (Darke County). No experience is required. We provide all the training you need to succeed.

Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $17.50/hour
- Increase to $17.70/hour after 90 days
- Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
- Schedule:
- Sunday through Wednesday (optional 5th day of Thursday)
- 6:00am-4:30pm
What You'll Do
- Pack cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
- Place case labels on the properly packed cases
- Ensure that case labels match the carton/sleeve type and code date
- Communicate any discrepancies to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead
No experience required. Training is provided.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a least 18 years old
- Able to stand for long periods
- Factory experience is preferred
