EGG VAN DRIVER - HC PNGKLN LADA

Job Summary:**
Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of eggs from farm locations to designated distribution centers or customers within the PNGKLN LADA area. This role ensures timely delivery while maintaining the quality and integrity of the product.

Job Responsibilities:**
* Operate a company-provided van to transport eggs according to established routes and schedules.
* Load and unload egg cartons and crates safely, ensuring proper handling to prevent breakage.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or maintenance needs promptly.
* Maintain accurate delivery logs, including mileage, delivery times, and product quantities.
* Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and food safety regulations during transportation.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors, dispatchers, and customers regarding delivery status or any issues encountered.
* Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle.
* Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks as required.
* Handle documentation related to deliveries, including invoices and delivery receipts.

Job Qualifications:**
* Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM B1 or B2 preferred).
* Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with experience handling fragile goods.
* Familiarity with the PNGKLN LADA area and surrounding routes.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy loads (e.g., egg cartons and crates) repetitively.
* Strong commitment to safety and adherence to traffic laws.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physically fit and able to withstand various weather conditions.
