• Liaise with Chefs to set up menus and event.

• Direct all aspects of operations of the F&B department and control its quality in accordance with company and ISO standard.
  
• Maximize sales and profitability in line with the company's policy and budget.
  
• Identify the problems encountered in operations, analyze the problems, provide recommendation to management to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Recruit and maintain a team of highly motivated staff so as to facilitate the achievement of business goals and objectives.
  
• Take up special F&B projects as assigned by the management.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience of 8+ years in handling Operations in Hospitality/FMCG/F&B or any other relevant/related industry in the same role.
  
• Graduation/Post-graduation/Diploma in F&B management or any other similar role from any recognized Institute/University.
  
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources).
  
• Interface with other departments (teamwork), Self-motivation, Multifunctionality, Eye for detail, Going beyond the call of duty to satisfy guest needs.
  
• Preference-Hotel/Hospitality/FMCG Industry or any other related/relevant Industry.
