JOB SCOPE:-
- Identify and establish partnerships with airport authoritiesand hotel brands.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new hotel projects, expansions, and acquisitions.
- Lead contract negotiations, RFP submissions, and strategic agreements with key partners.
- Strengthen relationships with hotel operators, franchise partners, and corporate clients.
- Develop market intelligence and business strategies to enhance brand presence and positioning.
- Drive revenue growth for hotel operations, airport transit hotels, and lodging services.
- Monitor competitor activities, guest preferences, and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Oversee occupancy optimization, pricing strategies, and guest experience enhancements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead business development efforts to secure new hotel locations, management contracts, and franchise partnerships.
- Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape in the hospitality industry.
- Develop and negotiate agreements with airport authorities, investors, and property owners.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms to build business pipelines.
- Oversee sales performance, revenue forecasting, and budget planning to optimize profitability.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance teams to drive business growth and service excellence.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 8-12 years in Hotel, Hospitality, or Real Estate Business Development.
- Education: Bachelor's/Postgraduate Degree (A+ Business School preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Industry Preference: Hotels, Airport Hospitality, Serviced Apartments, Luxury Hospitality, or Resort Chains.
- Technical Skills: Financial & Market Modelling: Expertise in business models, feasibility studies, and ROI calculations.
- Presentation & Reporting: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and report generation.
- Travel: Frequent domestic & international travel for business development and client engagement.
