The Company

We are looking for a strategic finance leader ready to drive strategic growth in a major SGX-listed manufacturing company with regional presence in Asia market. As Chief Financial Officer, you will lead the finance team and oversee financial consolidation, governance, and performance across the fast-evolving business.

About the Role

Reporting to MD and board of directors, you will play a crucial part in shaping financial operations, supporting business expansion, and strengthening our presence across the Asia markets. This position will lead the financial strategy, long-term planning, and capital allocation to support business growth and operational excellence. Also, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with SGX listing rules and statutory reporting requirements. Oversee accurate and timely quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statement preparation. On top of which, you will be the main driver for a group wide finance system migration projects as part of the business expansion journey.

Your Profile:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Accounting/Finance

• ACCA/CPA/CA qualifications are desired

• Minimum 16-18 years of work experience with comprehensive finance exposure

• SGX reporting experience is a must

• Industry preference: Infrastructure/Engineering/Construction

• Prior Big 4 exposure is a strong advantage

• Proficient in professional Mandarin (verbal and written) to liaise with China counterparts
