EHS Administrator (Newbridge Depot)

This new role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of the team set up as we move to our new fully automated Depot based in Newbridge. This role will be part of the transition from Naas Depot and be part of that onboarding to new ways of working in Newbridge. It’s an opportunity for someone who is seeking a new challenge and be part of something exciting with this big change initiative.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused EHS Administrator to support our Depot team This role will enable the smooth running of all compliance and safety‑related processes in our new fully automated depot. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and contributing to a safe working environment.

  • Maintain and update all health & safety documentation and records. Ensuring data integrity at all times and allowing us to be always audit ready.
  • Creation of new safe systems and ensuring successful roll out to colleagues.
  • Support the coordination of audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Track colleague training, certifications, and renewal dates
  • Assist with incident reporting and follow‑up actions
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and compliance documents for management
  • Working with others internal and external partners.
  • Facilitate EHS communications by liaising with internal teams, administering safety alerts and reports, and utilising internal communication systems effectively. Examples would include ensuring policies, procedures, and safety notice boards are kept up to date
  • Support EHS training activities by staying informed on new training trends.
  • Organise safety meetings, training sessions, and toolbox talks

Skills & Experience - Essential

  • Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach

Skills & Experience – Desirable

  • Experience in risk assessments and creation of SSOW’s
  • Warehouse experience or similar environment
  • Knowledge of H&S legislation or ISO standards is an advantage (training can be provided)
  • Experience in a health & safety or compliance role is desirable

Working Conditions

  • Shift-based operations in warehouse so role can be carried out over course of the shift but primarily over usual core hours of 9-5.30am. Weekend work requirement highly likely (salary considers this) as operations is 5 over 7 or for specific planned work. This can be discussed at interview but most likely 1 in 4 Saturdays.
  • Regular presence on operational floor for monitoring and compliance. Role fully on-site.
