EHS Analyst
Location: Rayong, Thailand

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced EHS Analyst to support and maintain a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant manufacturing workplace. This role is responsible for implementing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) programs, ensuring compliance with Thai regulations and international standards, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture across the organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in accident prevention, emergency preparedness, regulatory compliance, employee training, and continuous improvement of EHS management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with company standards and Thai legal requirements.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead accident prevention initiatives and promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
- Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents, prepare investigation reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other applicable EHS standards.
- Manage Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), chemical safety, and contractor safety programs.
- Coordinate emergency response activities, including fire prevention, firefighting readiness, hazardous material response, rescue operations, and emergency drills.
- Inspect and maintain emergency response equipment, fire protection systems, and other EHS-related facilities.
- Deliver EHS orientation, training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Prepare EHS reports, maintain documentation, and submit regulatory reports to management and relevant government authorities.
- Support internal and external audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen EHS performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional Safety Officer (Thailand) certification is preferred.
- 4–6 years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred; candidates from medical devices, food & beverage, chemical, FMCG, or other highly regulated industries are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid knowledge of Thai occupational safety and environmental regulations.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, EMS, HIRA, JSA, Permit to Work, Fire Safety, Chemical Safety, and Emergency Response.
- Experience conducting safety inspections, incident investigations, and compliance audits.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Greenfield or manufacturing plant operations.
- Internal Auditor certification for ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001.
- Experience working with government agencies and regulatory inspections.
- Knowledge of emergency response planning and business continuity practices.
