EHS Associate
Summary
Coordinates environmental, health, and safety programs for a Singapore-based project services firm, handling documentation, compliance, and reporting in a pharma/biopharma context.
PM Group Singapore has an immediate vacancy for an EHS Associate to coordinate EHS programs and provide continuous improvement support.
Other Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Documentation and reports management for Occupational Health programs (medical reports filing, scheduling of surveillance plan, etc.)
- Environmental (wastes water performance records for monitoring, environmental KPI monitoring, energy management system, etc.)
- Safety (site chemical inventory and Safety Data Sheets, etc.)
- Support in various EHS events/promotional/communication campaigns including logistics, administrations, materials, etc.
- Ad-hoc projects support (i.e. audits/hazardous wastes room project/air quality sampling, etc.)
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent
- Registered WSH officer, FSM and any related EHS qualifications would be advantageous.
- 2 years of relevant professional work experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, biopharmaceutical production (not a must).
- Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel and other EHSS platforms
- Being methodical and attentive to detail
- Personal accountability to see issues through to completion
- Proactive/solution orientated approach
- Communicating and presenting effectively
