EHS Engineer

<Job Mission>

This position has the role of EUV Safety Engineer with the responsibility for operational safety. TRUMPF EUV team is closely working together with customers for EUV lithography.

<Key Responsibilities>

• Coordinate safety topics and training within EUV projects with TRUMPF HQ, customers, and end customers.

*Act as the escalation owner for safety issues and ensure proper follow-up.
*Coordinate with customers to ensure their requirements and compliance obligations are incorporated into safety considerations.
*Conduct accident and incident investigations and identify corrective and preventive measures.
*Conduct internal and external health and safety training.
*Manage high-risk work activities.
*Support various EHS activities as required by the organization.
*Strengthen the training of on-site safety officers.
*Follow up and update on-site documentation and applicable regulations.
*Establish and maintain safety officer guidelines.
*Conduct risk assessments when no established procedures are available.
*Drive the completion of mandatory safety training within the organization.
*Perform other assignments within the organization.
*Provide on-site support when additional manpower is required.
*Perform other related duties as assigned.
