EHS Manager

We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to oversee and enhance our environmental health and safety programs across multiple locations in Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, implementing safety management systems, and conducting thorough factory inspections to promote a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards. - Provide safety training and instruction to employees, fostering a culture of safety within the organization. - Collaborate with management to develop strategies for continuous improvement in safety performance. - Prepare and maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training sessions. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all EHS-related inquiries and concerns. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and best practices. - Experience with safety management systems and industrial safety protocols. - Proven ability to conduct factory inspections and identify safety risks. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively instruct and engage employees. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address safety challenges.
