EHS Manager

  • Location: Kallang Avenue
  • Salary: $6500 to $8000
  • Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm
  • Degree/Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with the Ministry of Manpower is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant safety management experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and industry practices.
  • Able to manage multiple project sites located at various remote locations.
  • Experience in ISO Integrated Management System.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s EHS policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, statutory requirements, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
  • Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
  • Organise safety trainings, toolbox meetings, emergency drills, and awareness programmes.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters.
  • Monitor safety performance, prepare reports, and maintain proper safety documentation.
  • Advise project teams and management on risk control measures and safe work practices.
  • Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all worksites
