Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) management system.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Plan and conduct EHS training programmes to strengthen workplace safety awareness.
- Coordinate workplace safety, health, environmental, and fire safety committee activities.
- Carry out workplace inspections, audits, risk assessments, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in incident investigations and support the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
- Maintain EHS documentation, legal registers, reports, and regulatory records.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote a proactive and positive safety culture.
- Support other EHS initiatives and projects as required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline and above.
- Valid MOM-recognised WSH Level C certification.
- Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety functions will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore workplace safety and environmental regulations is preferred.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification practices.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
