About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Industral Leasing team. You’ll support investment analysis, help with deal execution, and assist in expanding our hospitality portfolio. This is a great opportunity to learn about real estate investments and the hotel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential locations for industrial and logistics facilities. This includes analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and demand-supply dynamics.
• Identify new business opportunities in the area of Industrial & Logistics Real Estate.
• Review & prepare presentations, proposals. Provide inputs and solutions.
• Keep abreast with new developments pertaining to business.
• Prepare reports on a(n) entity's/property's financial position outlining assumptions and valuation. May provide technical inputs, analysis and provide alternate solutions
• Interact with team members & clients, with respect to analysis/information

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: MBA

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain & Logistics ,Marketing Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field

• Skills:

• Basic understanding of financial concepts and Excel

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Interest in hospitality and real estate

• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
