Einfochips(An Arrow Company) Delivery Manager

Job Description:

We need Technical Delivery Manager to drive the creation, planning, execution and closure of deliverables that involve software development . As a member they are owners and drivers of business processes, guidelines and templates that relate to these deliverables. Needless to say "They Roll up their Sleeves as is when its required".

Responsibilities Not Limited to:

• Experience Years - 14+ years, should have Software Development background in AGILE.
• Able to execute projects spread across divisions / geographies
• Develop awareness of market dynamics in own domain and / or technology and Independently handle multiple customer projects
• Responsible for Revenue and Profit targets - Own revenue goals, and work with Sales to achieve the revenue targets
• Directly/Indirectly manage team of approx. 50 Engineers
• Closely interact and coordinate with Technical, Sales teams and Customer to ensure smooth execution of the projects
• Support Technical & Pre-sales team in hunting new business. Review proposals & estimation
• Responsible for getting repeat work from existing customers and able to expand business laterally
• Customer Interactions - Conduct Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly project review with customer stake holders & sales
• Conduct Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Performance Review of the team through MBO appraisal system
• Responsible for tracking CMMi adherence of the project, Follow the CMMi (or equivalent) processes as defined in project/process plan
