Essential Criteria:

1. Demonstrated expertise leading hands-on business and technical requirement development and stakeholder validation in a large-scale business data and analytics transformation program.

2. Experience implementing Cloud Data Platform and/or Analytics applications and accompanying data architecture (e.g. Data Models, ETL, data governance, security).

3. Demonstrated expertise documenting data and process flows to analyse and provide context to business and technical requirements.

4. Ability to gather, analyse and translate business data to meaningful and actionable insights.

5. Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

6. Practical Agile Delivery framework experience, developing Initiatives, Epics, User Stories and other documentation.

Desirable Criteria:

Experience in working with diverse project, in-house development, and vendor teams to deploy

complex, integrated technologies and effect business change.

Experience as a scrum master.

Experience with SAS Viya 4 platform.

Proficient data analysis skills (e.g. SQL, Python).

Experience working in data and analytics business areas.
