EL1 Infrastructure Engineer Print Services

Mandatory Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years technical experience working with MFD, Printer devices and associated

Print Server components.

• Minimum 2+ years experience with MFD and printer configuration and management utilities.

Weighted Criteria

• Knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) including Change and Incident management processes.

• Ability to investigate and identify issues for escalation.
• Ability to research and make sound decisions based within policy, procedures and guidelines particularly Essential 8 and Cyber Security impacts.
• Basic understanding of managing and setting up Group Policy Objects (GPO), whitelisting and System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Understanding of the Australian Signals Directorate Information Security Manual and the controls relevant to the fleet.
