EL1 Senior Writer Technical Analyst

Essential criteria

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Experience in using modelling and visual design languages such as BPMN, UML, SysML, SDL, flow charts, etc.

3. Experience in agile software delivery, including the production of agile artefacts, user stories, and participation in ceremonies.

4. Experience in producing system, security, and business documentation.

5. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and enterprise applications built on the platform.

6. Experience with agile project and team management platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc.

Desirable criteria

1. Relevant ICT qualifications or industry certifications.

2. Knowledge of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem such as Azure, Dataverse, Office 365, Power Platform etc.

3. Knowledge of the delivery of government grants and financial management processes.
