What you'll do

We are looking for an Instructional Designer / Editor for e-learning whose main mission will be the management and editing of e-learning content for the various online units of the UAX group.Main functions and responsibilities:

Management and editing

• Coordinate the teaching content production process with the various work teams (internal and external).
• Plan the timing and scheduling of resource needs for each degree program.
• Edit and review didactic materials (online content, multimedia resources).
• Perform orthotypographic, grammatical, and style correction according to academic standards (APA, Vancouver…).
• Guarantee the correct application by authors of the methodology and templates established for the project, as well as ensuring linguistic quality in Spanish.
• Evaluate digital content and resources to guarantee correct deployment and perform the upload to the virtual campus.

Instructional design

• Design online, hybrid, and face-to-face teaching support learning experiences.
• Develop scripts for interactive content in Articulate Rise, Genially, and similar eLearning tools.
• Transform academic content into clear and structured digital pedagogical resources.
• Guarantee accessibility, usability, and inclusive design (WCAG).

What we're looking for

• Essential requirements
• High organizational capacity and experience in coordination.
• Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience in academic editing and orthotypographic correction.
• Experience in instructional design in higher education or e-learning.
• Knowledge of interactive content creation tools: Articulate Rise, Genially, etc
• Two years performing similar functions, preferably in the education and/or e-learning sector.
• Proficiency in AI tools for content generation and editing.
• Knowledge of the higher education sector and/or the e-learning sector.
• Knowledge of the main e-learning technologies and methodologies: SCORM, LMS, LRS, storytelling, gamification, etc.
