Election Day Worker Job Expectations

This position works the election poll sites only on Election Days and 1-2 trainings per Election.

Effectively communicate with voters and other Election Board Workers
Be able to find voter names in the Electronic Poll Book, check voter ID, and process voter
Escort voters to voting machines, and retrieve ballot for the voter
Assist voter when needed
Set-up polling place the morning of the Election
Assist in closing the polling place at the end of Election Day
