Electrical and Control Manager

We’re looking for an experienced manager with a strong technological background to lead our Electrical & Control field within our Operations Technology HQ. This role combines people leadership, professional development, and cross-site collaboration, along with a good understanding of electrical, PLC, automation, and control systems.

What you’ll do:

· Lead and develop the HQ Electrical & Control team

· Provide professional leadership and direction across electrical, PLC, automation, and control disciplines

· Define and implement professional standards and best practices

· Lead electrical and control projects and support new machines and systems

· Drive knowledge sharing and professional collaboration across sites

· Connect between HQ and our sites in Israel and globally, providing professional guidance and support

· Work closely with Operations, Engineering, suppliers, and other stakeholders

· Support continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

· Relevant technological background, such as electrical, mechanical, automation, control engineering or a related field

· Experience in leading and developing professional teams

· Experience in leading multidisciplinary technical projects and working across multiple interfaces

· Familiarity with electrical, PLC, industrial automation and control systems

· Strong planning, prioritization, and team management skills

· System-level thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities

· Ability to collaborate effectively across different sites and in a global environment

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· High level of English
