Electrical Apprentice
Under the supervision of a Journeyman Electrician, the Electrical Apprentice assists with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across facility operations, including lighting, power, and event-related systems.
- Assist with installation, maintenance, repair, and modernization of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using standard testing equipment
- Repair electrical malfunctions, including wiring, motors, and lighting systems
- Install wiring, conduits, fixtures, and equipment
- Replace defective components such as relays, switches, and motors
- Assist with setup of electrical systems for events
- Maintain lighting systems and related equipment
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform other duties as assigned
