Electrical Assembly Operator (Morning/Afternoon Shift)

About the role

Leading company in the manufacture of fans and industrial ventilation systems, we are looking for an Assembly Worker to join our production team in the Osona region.

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible person with experience in industrial or mechanical assembly, who is eager to be part of a leading company in the sector.

What you'll do

• Assembly and assemblage of mechanical and electrical components.
• Use of manual tools and basic workshop machinery.
• Verification and quality control of the final product.
• Maintenance of order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
• Support in other tasks within the production department.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in assembly or industrial production tasks.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility.
• Availability to work shifts.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of mechanics or electricity (valued).
