Electrical Engineer (Diploma Holders Only)

ANSCER Robotics is looking for enthusiastic Freshers Electrical Engineers to support the implementation ,integration, installation, testing and troubleshooting of AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles). The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Electrical wiring, wire harnessing, and a solid understanding of electrical components and fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical wiring and panel assembly for AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) systems.
  
• Design, build, and install wire harnesses (routing, crimping, termination, labeling).
  
• Read and implement electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
  
• Install and connect components such as contactors, relays, PLCs, power supplies, sensors, MCBs, etc.
  
• Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis in robots and control panels.
  
• Carry out current/load calculations and support proper component and cable selection.
  
• Ensure proper cable routing, protection, and management inside robots.
  
• Test and validate electrical systems before deployment.
  
• Support on-site installation, servicing, and maintenance.
  
• Maintain documentation for wiring, harness layouts, and service reports.
  
• Follow electrical safety standards and best practices.
  

Requirements

• Only Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
  
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
  
• Strong understanding of electrical fundamentals: voltage, current, resistance, power.
  
• Hands-on experience in electrical wiring and wire harness assembly.
  
• Knowledge of crimping tools, connectors, Lugs etc.
  
• Good knowledge of electrical components (contactors, relays, PLC basics, SMPS/power supplies).
  
• Ability to perform load/current calculations and component sizing.
  
• Experience withBasic Electrical tools like multimeter, clamp meter etc
  
• Ability to read electrical drawings and harness layouts
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or academic project experience in electrical wiring or automation.
  
• Knowledge in robotics, or industrial automation.
  
• Familiarity with Electrical Components, PLC, Motors motor controllers, and drives.
  
• Understanding of wiring standards, color coding, and harness routing practices.
  
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
