Your Opportunity\:
Stantec is looking for a highly motivated Electrical Designer to join our growing, multi-disciplinary team. If you are an excellent communicator and skilled problem-solver with strong attention to detail, then we have a place for you on a team committed to delivering innovative designs for a diverse range of building projects.
Responsibilities\:
- Produce aspects of electrical design and construction documents in Revit and/or AutoCAD while working with Senior Electrical Engineers and other Electrical Designers.
- Ensure designs meet applicable codes and regulations.
- Perform calculations using company standard software and proprietary manufacturer software (Visual/AGI, SKM, etc).
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams during design and construction. Maintain effective communication and cooperation with and among these partners.
- Perform construction site observation visits, assist with review of project submittals and RFIs.
- Support managers to ensure projects stay within established budget constraints.
- Maintain high satisfaction rating from clients through superior service, quality workmanship, timely production, and thorough understanding of client requirements.
