Electrical Designer: From 2D CAD to Project Leadership

ICEL is strengthening its Engineering team in Brescia, Italy, seeking an engineer who knows 2D electrical design and wants to grow in technical project management. You will transform design decisions into finished solutions, collaborating with teams that assemble, wire and test hardware.

Responsibilities include creating and updating single-line diagrams, studying specifications, supporting project engineering from launch through changes, and contributing to automation using AI tools to reduce

Create and update single-line diagrams, functional diagrams and panel layouts using AutoCAD 2D and SPAC. Analyse specifications and translate into manufacturing drawings. Support project engineering from launch through changes and updates. Assist with component selection and coding; ensure compatibility with design. Collaborate with assembly, wiring and testing teams to resolve issues. Help standardise and automate electrical design, including AI tools. Electrical engineering degree preferred; 2–5 years in electrical drawing/design. Knowledge of LV/MV switchboards and diagrams. Strong 2D CAD skills; SPAC Automazione experience preferred. Familiarity with safety standards for LV/MV switchboards and project collaboration. Free company canteen
