Electrical Engineer

Position Summary:

Work collaboratively to meet goals for the design and creation of products contributing to the overall success of Hana. Develop inline and offline RF test characterization processes to support the manufacturing of RFID products.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Previous experience in RFID applications as Functional Test or RF Engineer preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience (microelectronic manufacturing preferred).

Essential Job Functions:

• Electrical Engineer supporting RFID & other product lines
• Drive validation tasks at various launch stages
• Organize & Execute test plans for functionality and reliability of RFID products.
• Coordinate tech resources for test setup, component validation & data collection
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create test system fixtures or improvements
• Supports field troubleshooting calls related to RFID & other Hana products
• Overseeing the start of manufacturing process to ensure productivity and safety
• Testing and reporting of new product designs for manufacturing and reliability.
• Selecting equipment and tooling to support manufacturing processes
• Evaluate, purchase, and install RF test equipment.
• Lead failure analysis process to drive product improvements.

• In-depth knowledge of Python, Labview, CAD, & CAM software
