Electrical Engineer - Base salary for 182 hours per month 9,100 ILS
* Lead technical activities related to electrical and electronic systems in buses.
*Support maintenance teams with complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
*Diagnose electrical, electronic, communication, and system-level failures.
*Develop and implement technical solutions, modifications, and system improvements.
*Support the introduction and integration of new systems and technologies.
*Analyze recurring failures and define corrective and preventive actions.
*Work with suppliers, manufacturers, maintenance teams, and other engineering disciplines.
*Prepare technical documentation, specifications, procedures, and maintenance instructions.
*Provide professional engineering support throughout the vehicle lifecycle.

- B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Strong background in maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering development.
- Broad knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, preferably in buses, commercial vehicles, automotive, or other complex multidisciplinary systems.
- Strong diagnostic and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Experience working with communication networks, control systems, sensors, actuators, wiring, and electronic control units.
- Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Hands-on, system-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and maintenance teams.
