Location: Sydney

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + super and up to 50% bonus potential

Overview

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in leading electrical system integration for data centres, or similarly complex, mission critical buildings?

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical engineering across the full project lifecycle, from initial site assessments and equipment cost planning through to design development, construction support and project completion.
• Develop and coordinate HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems, including technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Support tender documentation, construction design, value engineering and client approval processes.
• Review and coordinate consultant design packages to ensure technical compliance and alignment with project schedules.
• Provide on-site engineering support during commissioning, final inspections and as-built documentation reviews.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in electrical data centre (or mission critical) design
• Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Knowledge of BMS
• Familiarity with ASHRAE and local building codes
• Strong problem-solving, project management and communication skills
