ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (DESIGN CUM SITE) (5,5 days - Maincons)
Summary
The Electrical Engineer will manage both the design and on-site execution of electrical systems for construction projects, including load calculations, drawing preparation, and site supervision. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP to ensure compliance with electrical codes and project specifications.
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to handle both electrical design and on-site execution for construction projects, from drawings and load calculations through to installation, testing, and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare electrical drawings, single line diagrams (SLDs), load calculations, and BOQs
Design LV/HV systems, including panels, distribution boards, lighting, and power distribution
Coordinate with architects and MEP consultants for design integration
Supervise site installation, ensuring compliance with approved drawings
Coordinate with contractors and site teams to execute work as per schedule
Oversee testing, commissioning, and quality checks
Ensure compliance with electrical codes and site safety standards
Prepare progress reports and as-built drawings
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience in both design and site execution within the construction industry
Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit MEP; familiar with NEC/IEC or local electrical codes
Hands-on experience with panels, transformers, cabling, and earthing systems
Strong coordination skills and ability to read technical drawings
