Electrical Engineer (Facilities / Maintenance / Manufacturing)

• Position : Electrical Engineer (Facilities / Maintenance / Manufacturing)

• Location : Jurong / Pioneer, Singapore

• Working hours : 5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 7.42am to 5.00pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic Up to $6000 + 1-Month Contract Completion Bonus

• Duration : Duration: 1-Year Contract

• Industry : Manufacturing / Engineering / Procurement / Supply Chain

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and oversee preventive maintenance of electrical, HVAC, MV and building facilities systems.

• Manage critical utilities, including HT/LT power, compressed air, water, gas and energy monitoring systems.

• Implement predictive maintenance initiatives using IoT sensors, AI and data analytics.

• Drive energy efficiency, equipment reliability and maintenance improvements.

• Manage facilities repair, upgrading projects and vendor performance.

• Review electrical design submissions and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate M&E maintenance activities through Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).

• Monitor project budgets, timelines and maintenance performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical engineering and facilities maintenance experience.

• Strong knowledge of building electrical systems, M&E maintenance and utilities management.

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial facilities will be advantageous.

• Familiar with preventive maintenance, energy management and vendor coordination.

• Knowledge of IoT, predictive maintenance or AI-driven maintenance systems will be advantageous.

• Good project management, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
