Electrical Engineer Hotel Projects

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in hotel projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical works related to hotel construction, renovation, and interior fit-out projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems specific to the hospitality industry and the ability to manage multiple aspects of electrical installation and supervision. Key Responsibilities include handling electrical installations, wiring, cable laying, panel installation, lighting, and power distribution. You will coordinate with civil, HVAC, plumbing, interior design, and other project teams to ensure seamless project execution. Reviewing electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical specifications will be a critical part of your role, along with monitoring site progress, workmanship, quality, and adherence to project timelines. You will ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and applicable regulations while coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project management teams. Conducting site inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will prepare progress reports and resolve any site-related technical issues, requiring a willingness to travel to project sites as necessary. Required skills include a strong knowledge of electrical systems in hotel projects, experience in electrical execution and site supervision, and the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and layouts. Familiarity with lighting, power distribution, electrical panels, and related systems is essential. Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role. A Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required, along with a proven track record of completing or handling at least two hotel projects. Relevant experience in hotel construction, MEP coordination, or hotel fit-out projects is preferred. Candidates must be willing to travel to Guwahati and other project locations as required.
