Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Electrical Power System

(MV & HV Transmission and Distribution) along with Business Development to join our team. The ideal

candidate should possess technical expertise in electrical engineering and the ability to develop client relationships,

manage projects, and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and

budgets.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, contributing to the company’s growth.

• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.

• Conduct technical and financial assessments to propose cost-effective solutions.

• Prepare and present project progress reports and business development strategies to senior management.

• Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering specifications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Skills and Expertise:

• Strong technical knowledge in electrical engineering, including load calculations and cabling works.

• Proven ability in business development, client management, and project coordination.

• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite for project planning and reporting.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., KAHRAMAA).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Certifications in safety and quality standards (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO certifications) are preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and business development.

• UPDA Certified.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

• Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English and Arabic) is an advantage.

• Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
