Electrical Engineer

• Design & Develop: Create and improve large-scale electrical systems and machinery used in manufacturing, power generation, and transmission.
• Test & Install: Oversee the testing, installation, and maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate: Work closely with vendors, contractors, engineers, and maintenance teams to ensure systems meet design and operational standards.
• Use Technology: Leverage computer-aided design (CAD) tools and engineering software to develop and refine system designs.
• Optimize Production: Partner with planning and design teams to ensure equipment and tooling support efficient, high-quality production.
• Evaluate & Improve: Analyze equipment proposals, specifications, and manuals to assess feasibility and recommend improvements.
• Lead Projects: Direct engineering teams in building test equipment and developing procedures for system testing and validation.
• Ensure Quality: Monitor installations and recommend design changes to prevent malfunctions and improve system reliability.
• Plan for the Future: Use data and statistical methods to forecast equipment capabilities and support long-term manufacturing goals.
