Electrical Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in substation costing and estimation, particularly in the context of power transmission projects. As an Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are accounted for in the budgeting process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain cost estimates for electrical substation projects, including high voltage (EHV) substations and 400kV systems. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimation. - Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure compliance with project specifications. - Analyze project requirements and assess risks to provide comprehensive cost assessments. - Review and update estimates based on changes in project scope or specifications. - Provide support during the bidding process and assist in negotiations with contractors and suppliers. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of substation costing and estimation techniques. - Proficiency in electrical estimation software and tools. - Familiarity with power transmission systems and standards. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
