Electrical Estimator - ELV

• Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements • Prepare accurate cost estimates for ELV and electrical packages • Conduct quantity take-offs from IFC and tender drawings • Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors • Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during tender stage • Analyze project risks, specifications, and value engineering opportunities • Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and client standards • Maintain updated pricing databases and cost benchmarks • Support pre-contract and bid management activities • Attend tender clarification meetings and client discussions when required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Electrical / ELV Estimation • Previous experience with Interior Fit-Out contractors, MEP contractors, or specialist ELV contractors • Strong experience on commercial, hospitality, retail, aviation, or mixed-use projects • GCC experience is mandatory (Saudi Arabia preferred) • Strong understanding of tendering procedures and pre-contract activities • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Experience preparing BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
