Your New Role

As an Electrical Foreman, you’ll lead projects and make a direct impact. This role is based in Los Angeles County, CA, with job sites throughout California, Nevada, and Arizona. While the company is headquartered in Huntington Beach, CA, we encourage candidates who reside within a 90-mile radius of the headquarters to apply.

  • Oversee and manage electrical construction projects ranging from $100K to $3M while ensuring timelines and budgets are met

  • Enforce OSHA standards and maintain detailed construction logs and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to uphold safety and compliance

  • Supervise and support crews ranging from 1 to 25 electricians, ensuring high-quality work and accurate manpower reporting

  • Coordinate project logistics, budgets, labor, and material ordering to maintain workflow and prevent delays

  • Review and interpret blueprints and schematics for precise and code-compliant installations

  • Implement quality control measures to uphold the company's standards of excellence

  • Collaborate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, Project Managers, and General Foremen to align execution and schedules

  • Communicate with project managers and superintendents while completing daily reports in Fieldman to track progress and milestones

  • Troubleshoot and resolve on-site electrical issues while maintaining accurate cost coding for job cost control

  • Ideal candidates will have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant field experience

  • Prior foreman experience is preferred but not required

  • Proven ability to manage crews of 1-25 electricians

  • Skilled in managing electrical budgets from $100K to $3M

  • Solid background in commercial construction, including new builds, remodels, and tenant improvements

  • Proficiency in ordering and tracking materials, labor projections, and creating “as-builts”

  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and installation methods

  • Experience with general power systems (lighting, lighting control, refrigeration, Single-Line, and Utility UG)

  • OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to complete training)

  • Journeyman License (preferred)

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (preferred)
