Electrical & Instrumental Engineer
Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer with experience in designing, maintaining, and commissioning electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial projects. Skilled in electrical power systems, instrumentation, control systems, PLC/DCS interfaces, equipment installation, testing, and troubleshooting. Knowledgeable in industry standards, engineering documentation, and project execution with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and quality.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Design, review, and execute electrical and instrumentation engineering activities for industrial projects.
- Prepare and review electrical drawings, instrument drawings, cable schedules, and technical documentation.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Work with PLC, DCS, SCADA, control panels, and field instrumentation systems.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with IEC, ISA, NEC, and project specifications.
- Support preventive maintenance, calibration, and fault diagnosis of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Review vendor documents, technical specifications, and engineering deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and project quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
- Experience in electrical systems, instrumentation, PLC/DCS, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, instrument diagrams, and engineering standards.
- Familiarity with IEC, ISA, NEC, and hazardous area requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Strong analytical skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
