Summary

Electrical engineer maintaining and commissioning power-plant and substation equipment, including switchgear, transformers, relays, and SCADA/PLC systems.

Job Responsibilities:

· Knowledge or exposure in PLC/DCS/HMI and SCADA systems

· Knowledge in testing in MV and LV AIS &GIS Switchgears .HV/LV transformers

· Operating and interlock checking

· Having an experience and knowledge in Testing & Commissioning of power plant, substation

· Knowledge of Transformer protection, Transformer Differential Protection & REF Protection and its stability test, Bus bar protection and its stability test, over current & Earth fault protection.

· Prepare and study control - protection drawings of all electrical systems.

· Cable schedule preparation based on scheme available at site.

· Testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment .

· Testing of protective Relays used for various purposes, Experienced with relays such as over currentand Earth fault relay.

· Testing of CT, VT, Circuit breaker, Isolator, Earth switch, Switch gear

· related Electrical equipment and Power transformer .

· Operation and Maintenance of Power Plant and Substation.

· Troubleshooting of all Electrical circuits, control and Protection circuits.

· Good team player and communication skills in project management.

· Constantly look out for ways to improve sustainable operations and care for the environment.

· Always looking for way to improve work efficiency.

· Required Skill(s):electrical switch board troubleshooting and commissioning, knowledge in protection relays (Micom or sepam will plus), knowledge in HV and LV switch gears ,troubleshoot skills

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

· Able to read electrical circuit drawings, P&ID and logic diagrams

· Preferably to have experience in DC/AC motors, Generators, Switchboards and Circuit breakers, PLC and instrumentation such as transmitters, pneumatics and hydraulics

· Able to perform troubleshooting and fault rectification during daily operations

· Able to prepare budgetary quotes, schedule, MSRA/Lifting plans or permit applications

· With project experience in the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems

· With maintenance experience
