Pay: We offer our Journeyman Electrical Technician - Licensed Electrician a competitive wage of $50-$70 per hour, depending on experience.

THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN - LICENSED ELECTRICIAN
YOUR ROLE:
In this full-time position, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify their needs, recommend customized electrical solutions, and deliver high-quality installations that improve the safety, functionality, and comfort of their homes. Throughout your day, you'll combine technical expertise with customer service, ensuring every project is completed correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes while creating a positive experience for every customer you serve.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid WA State Electrical Journeyman card
- Current WA State driver's license
- 3+ years of residential electrical experience
- Proven installation or service track record
- Ability to work with inspectors, suppliers, and co-worker technicians while maintaining code compliance
- Ability to install electrical hardware
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel to customer locations as needed
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with residential electrical systems, hand tools, power tools, and trade knowledge
- Comfortable communicating with customers in all types of circumstances
- Positive attitude, hard-working, and reliable
- Must provide own tools
- Comfortable operating in small spaces (ex, crawl spaces and attics)
