Electrical Laborer

1) Purpose of Role

Provide reliable material handling, site housekeeping, and task assistance to keep crews productive and safe.

2) Scope & Decision Rights
Work from daily direction; make routine choices about staging and cleanup; escalate hazards and conflicts.

3) Essential Duties and Standards

• Move materials, tools, and small equipment; maintain clean, organized work areas.

• Assist with basic tasks (measuring, fasteners, layout help) under supervision.

• Follow PPE/housekeeping standards and daily huddles/JSAs.

• Support photo/labeling tasks as directed.

4) Critical Competencies (must-demonstrate)

• Dependability and pace.

• Basic communication and teamwork.

• Care in handling materials and site cleanliness.

5) Qualifications

• Entry-level; construction experience preferred.

• OSHA 10-Hour Construction
  required.

• Able to lift 50+ lbs.; work outdoors/at heights.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Timely staging and cleanup.
