Electrical Lead (Service & Maintenance)
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise a small hands-on team in ensuring operational readiness, safety and reliability of electrical and automation systems within the facility.
- 60% hands-on troubleshooting & 40% supervisory/planning role minimizing facility downtime and maintaining operation efficiency.
- Able to assign, supervise and keen in daily work orders with mentorship and developing preventive maintenance schedules in ensuring meeting safety standards and environmental compliance.
- Comfortable working in industrial environment and occasionally at height.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or higher NITEC/ITE certification in Electrical engineering, mechatronics or closely related industrial discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferable with senior or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex electrical single-line diagrams, schematic drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of PLC systems is an advantage
- Bilingual preferred
- Familiar with preventive maintenance practices
- Willing to work shifts, overtime and respond to emergency breakdowns when required.
- Good teamwork, responsibility and safety awareness
- Proficient in MS Office
