Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dadar and Nagar Haveli, Daman-Diu, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Mumbai Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance, particularly in the context of injection moulding processes. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment used in injection moulding. - Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance productivity. - Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve electrical issues promptly. - Conduct inspections and tests on electrical systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs. - Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment as required. - Provide training and support to junior maintenance staff on electrical systems and best practices. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance practices and principles. - Experience with injection moulding machinery and processes. - Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
