ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• Minimum 8 to 10 years experience as electrical maintenance engineer in building & construction, precast civil projects.
• Responsible and committed.
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting knowledge using systematic approach
• Proficient in Autocad, Revit or BIM software.
• Ability to design electrical circuit and perform electrical calculations
• Knowledge and experience on wiring will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized

Job Description:

• Maintenance of Automated control Machineries for the Precast Fabrication Equipment’s such as Batch Concrete Mixing Plants, Automated Rebar Bending/Cutting & Mesh Fabrication machine,AVERMANN Pallet Circulation system, Automated Hollow core Fabrication Machines such as Extruder, Bed Cleaning machines, Concrete Cutting machine, Concrete Distributor.
• Maintenance of Electrical Distribution Boxes, Electrical Overhead Cranes, Gantry cranes, Lifting Equipments.
• Arranging for Regulatory Inspections & calibrations for the Equipment’s and Electrical machines.
• Providing In-house Training for the Machine operators to operate and maintain the machines in Safe and good working Condition. And Training the Maintenance team in periodic Maintenance & Breakdown maintenance of the machines.
• Arranging and maintaining critical Spare parts for the machines.
• Maintaining Daily Breakdown Record & Arranging Preventive maintenance Schedule for all machines.
