Are you an experienced, fully qualified electrical maintenance engineer looking for a new challenge?


Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

£47,000 + plenty of overtime

Static site - Central London

Progression and further training

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned preventative (PPM) and reactive maintenance across, distribution boards, lighting controls, emergency lighting, and fire systems.

  • Maintain and monitor mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, boilers, pressurisation units, and water treatment equipment.

  • Assist in the routine testing of critical backup systems, including UPS units, standby diesel generators, and ATS panels.

  • Rapidly diagnose mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime across the building.

  • Use the Building Management System (BMS) to track plant performance, troubleshoot tenant temperature requests, and optimise energy efficiency.

  • Oversee specialist M&E contractors (HVAC, chiller, elevator, HV specialists), ensuring strict adherence to RAMS and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Level 3 electrical installations or equivalent
  • 18th edition wiring regulations
